Information / memberships are open, changes still being made

As you can see some rooms are not fully up, I'm still working on those during this week and have them up and ready.
For those who own a room before and wish to continue to support the site, and have requested changes to the room, I'll tackle that this week as well.

General Discussion / private rooms and other things

What I plan to do is move a couple of rooms around from one section to another. Such as The Bedroom will now be listed as Private Room which will support only 2 people at a time in there.
Private Rooms will be listed as before
2 User Limits
3 User Limits
4 user limits
If you want more than that, sorry about your luck, purchase a membership and create your own that will support up to a max of 10.
The Role play will consist of General, which will be listed under the main title, then separated into any other sections that maybe needed. For now going with.
Supernatural (vamp/wolf/etc)
Mafia (kind of says it all)
If anyone has a room and themed section they want to create into that, just send me the idea when you make a purchase.
The rooms however will all be listed as “role play” in the URL address. No need to go and create a longer address for something that doesn't need.
I'm looking for room ideas for the General, Erotic sections as well. I want to add at least 2-3 rooms to those areas, Something new to freshen things up a bit. Any other sections for that matter I'm open to ideas still as I want to provide as many options as I can.
If anyone has ideas for sections/themes, as I said, I'm open to listening.

As rooms come and go, other sections can be selected to fit each.
I believe this will help keep the role play section all as one, but help separate each section to help identify each room, so it's not a hunt a click type of situation. Yes, I know there is some small room descriptions, but truth is a lot just pass that over.

Information / room changes
« Last post by David on May 09, 2022, 11:59:41 PM »Any member who owns a room on Starlight and plans to renew when the memberships are started up again, and plan to have changes to the room, either name change, section, etc. Please let me know those changes now. I'll be slowly making them as I go that way I'm now overloaded with changes all at once.

« Last post by David on April 29, 2022, 11:15:26 PM »I decided to put on hold the changes in regard to the room editing. It wasn't working out as planned and taking longer than it should have. So I'll continue with the method that is currently working just fine, however I plan to revisit the change part at some point because it will remove a little of the stress the actual chat server takes on.
I'll be accepting memberships in June. This allows me a bit more time to adjust to a few other things, remove something's as well on the site. Any chat rooms that were previously owned and no longer being used will be removed going forward. That includes membership storage, and if at the time I hosted email for you, that as well. No hard feelings, but I ran the site for an entire year before closing to honor memberships, room that was around and purchased before closing at the time. I understand a had chosen a new place to call a home, even before my announcement of closing etc. I still honored a lot of things at that time. But this is a new time. If you want your room to stick around, and membership perks, it will require a purchase going forward.
I had a few offerings recently about possibly taking over a room on the site. If there is a room that is “Site Owned” and not owned by a previous room owner, that can be spoken about. I won't offer another person's creation unless they give the full ok.

At some point, the message board will need another update as well, which I plan to test outside this one to make sure things go over smooth before making the change. For now, this one is stable enough. My time around lately has been off and on, with some internet issues and some r/t as well.

« Last post by David on April 10, 2022, 09:38:51 AM »I understood your reasoning over a year or more ago for removing the free private rooms....before you closed the sites down...... But perhaps that is something you could return to the site....yes they got a lot of annoying people trying to snoop around....fake names etc. And a lot was using those rooms....and not using the main rooms.... but it was getting you some hits on your site...sometimes when the private rooms were full those went into one of the other more open rooms....or I'm assuming at times contributed to a membership every once in a while.
I'll take that suggestion under consideration when I finally get things ready and memberships being accepted. Thanks for the suggestion.
