fixed a issue

I had to fix an issue recently that was causing the rooms to crash.  I won't go into full details, but it did relate around two rooms having an issue with a config file that was resorting in causing the entire chat server to crash. Hopefully now that those two rooms are fixed everything should be working as normal again for as long as I can have it.
