Seems the site had some hiccups tonight and going offline. I contacted the hosting provider immediately once the issue came up, also while I was checking the logs to see what the cause was. I had just updated the main server today so I believe something got altered the caused the crash as email, etc. was all still working at the time. I rebooted the server, which resulted in the Chat Server being reset as well.
Thanks should be up and running now.
